Nima Darouian is a Litigation Attorney who joined Hankin Patent Law in 2013. Nima's primary practice is Patent Litigation, Trademark Litigation, Copyright Litigation, and Business Litigation.
Prior to joining Hankin Patent Law, Nima was a litigation associate for an Orange County firm, where he was involved in major trust litigation. In addition, Nima has handled litigation matters involving trademark law, business law, torts, family law, insurance law, medical malpractice, and criminal law.
While Nima was a student at Loyola Law School, he wrote a law review article on the public policy surrounding licensing agreements related to Intellectual Property. His article, "Accessing Truth: Marketplaces of Ideas in the Information Age", was published by the Cardozo Public Law, Policy, and Ethics Journal, and has been cited by various scholars.
Nima has also volunteered for several organizations, including Public Counsel, Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
