Stephen Daniel grew up in Hill County and Ellis County, and graduated from Itasca High School with Honors in 1995. Stephen received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999, and his law degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2002. He began his legal career as an associate in a prestigious downtown insurance law firm, and in 2004, Stephen became an associate at Jenkins & Jenkins, P.C.
Mr. Daniel has published articles on personal injury practice in legal periodicals. His knowledge of evidence, discovery and the Civil Practice and Remedies Code is a recognized resource for attorneys practicing throughout the State. Since joining the firm in 2004, Mr. Daniels has worked work on behalf of our clients and has been instrumental in numerous significant settlements, including the following:
Stephen is a member of the Ellis County Bar Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Stephen, his wife Paula, and their son, Jesse, and daughter, Madison, reside in Maypearl, Texas.
