Paul Darby is licensed to practice law in both the Florida state courts, and in the federal courts of the Middle District of Florida. Paul is a member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar Association, and presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Lake County Bar Association. Additionally, Paul serves as a volunteer judge on the Lake County Teen Court and he has previously been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a County Court Mediator.
Paul earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. While at UF Law, he earned a Pro Bono Certificate for assisting members of the community in need of legal services.
Paul earned his undergraduate education at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, summa cum laude, with a minor in German language. He was also awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, summa cum laude, with a minor in European studies.
Paul is originally from the town of Grant-Valkaria, in southern Brevard County and presently lives in Clermont with his wife Kelly and their son, Gavin.
