RYAN S. FRITZ, born in Indiana, PA, 1973; Indiana University of Pennsylvania (B.A. 1996); University of Pittsburgh (J.D. 1999). Mr. Fritz's practice is focused on Pennsylvania natural resources law, predominantly through title examination and the preparation of title opinions. Formerly with the firm of Tomb, Mack, Kauffman & Fritz, LLP, he joined Michael S. Delaney in October 2008. He is admitted to practice in all Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Fritz also assists oil and gas production companies and other entities with transactions, the preparation of contracts and leases, unitization, and oil and gas litigation concerning operating agreements, title, and surface use issues. He presently serves as Secretary of the of Indiana County Bar Association, and sits on the Board of Directors of Laurel Legal Services, Inc.
