Travis S. Friend has practiced law in Indiana since 1990. Mr. Friend's legal career regularly involves the representation of individuals and businesses in civil litigation cases, including the areas of contract disputes, commercial litigation, foreclosures, real estate law, creditor's rights, personal injury and mediations in Indiana and Federal Courts.

Mr. Friend also has extensive experience in criminal defense, including white collar crime of corporations and individuals facing investigations or charges in Indiana and throughout the United States. Mr. Friend offers experienced and independent defense representation to individuals charged with felony or misdemeanor offenses, including fraud and firearms violations, controlled substance offenses and driving while intoxicated cases. He has served as a local member to the Federal CJA Panel for the Northern District Court of Indiana for over 15 years.

In addition, Mr. Friend represents individuals and professionals before the Indiana licensing boards, including the medical and nursing licensure organizations in Indianapolis.
