Eric Frey's work focuses on real estate sales, acquisition, and development. He represents clients throughout all stages of the process including the drafting of sales and purchase agreements and organization of ownership for condominiums, homeowners' association, and single purpose entities.
He started in real estate as a title searcher and recently started his own title company to provide that service to clients as well. He consults and represents developers for all governmental approvals from the development of vacant ground and re-development of improved properties, including zoning, subdivision and land development at the local level.
