Ms. Polimeni has been with the firm for over 23 years. After graduating from law school she practiced law in Binghamton, New York; first in private practice, and then in Legal Services, where her areas of expertise included landlord tenant law, social security disability, and elder law. She then worked at the Brookdale Center on Aging in New York City, a non-profit organization that addresses the health care issues of the low income elderly. Her work at Finkelstein & Partners involves overseeing all federal cases for the Finkelstein, Jacoby & Meyers, and Fine, Olin & Anderman firms, as well as products liability cases.
