Ms. Ponder concentrates intellectual property and technology-based mergers and acquisition, collaborations, and licensing arrangements. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of intellectual property and technology-based transactions and corporate matters, including licensing, research and development, technology transfers and acquisitions, and the protection of intellectual property. Her clients are active in a wide range of industries, including life sciences, financial services, and many aspects of the technology sector.

Ms. Ponder also has extensiveexperience in the corporate finance area and in representing corporate debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings.
