Joe Pollack practices in the area of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, trade secrets, copyright, and unfair competition. He has extensive experience in patent and trade secret litigation, especially in the areas of electronics and chemistry, in state and federal courts. He has been involved in several patent infringement jury trials, which resulted in significant, multimillion dollar verdicts, and has participated in the appellate process before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit as appellant and as appellee.
