Laura D'Anca practices in the Trusts and Estates area. Her practice focuses on estate planning; trust and estate administration; income, estate and gift tax planning; and business succession planning for high-net worth individuals and family groups. Laura also has extensive experience in probate litigation matters, including will contests, objections to trust and estate accounts, and early termination and reformation of trusts. In addition to her estate planning and probate litigation practice, Laura advises and assists charitable entities with their organization and application to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition of tax-exempt status. Laura's practice also includes negotiating and drafting cohabitation and antenuptial agreements.
