Dalton, William J.

Adam Pomeroy is the founder and managing attorney of Wasatch Legal, PLLC. He is licensed to practice law in Utah and California.

Mr. Pomeroy graduated with honors from Brigham Young University's law school in 2010. After law school he completed a prestigious litigation fellowship with a leading national public interest law firm based in California. While there he practiced constitutional law, focusing primarily on individual rights, economic liberty, and the First Amendment.

During law school Mr. Pomeroy gained prosecutorial and defense experience working at the Utah County Public Defenders, the Utah County District Attorney's office, the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center, and the U.S. Army JAG Corps' Government Appeals Division. He also handled general litigation, personal injury, regulatory, and intellectual property cases at the Office of General Counsel - Brigham Young University.

Prior to law school, Mr. Pomeroy earned a B.A. in International Relations from Brigham Young University. While an undergraduate he took time off from his studies to complete a service mission in Brazil for the LDS Church, where he learned fluent Portuguese, and to intern at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy.
