Since 1983 Attorney Daniel Dalton has been licensed to practice before the Massachusetts state and federal courts. The author of articles on Massachusetts family and divorce law, he has taught divorce and family law at the college level.
From 1990 to 1997, he was Assistant Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services, where he handled juvenile, child abuse, and adoption law.
Attorney Dalton has training in divorce mediation and collaborative law. He serves as a court-appointed investigator in divorce, custody, and probate cases, and was a panelist speaker at the 2006 Massachusetts Bar Association's annual conference.
He and his wife, Elaine, both natives of Lowell, Massachusetts, are the parents of two perfect (well, wonderful) boys.
