Daley, Paul P.

Patricia Friedman is a Senior Attorney at BSLF. For over 20 years, she has represented clients with respect to their estate planning needs, including estate and gift tax planning, charitable planning and estate administration.

Patricia is a member of the Georgia and New York bars.  She is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and serves on its board of directors.  She also serves on the Foundations Committee for the Woodruff Arts Center Annual Campaign.  Patricia is a recent participant in The Philanthropic Advisor's Leadership Institute sponsored by the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta, Inc. and is a former member of the Planned Giving Advisory Board for the Community Foundation. She also served on the State Bar committee that wrote Georgia’s unitrust statute. Patricia has presented at the Estate Planning Institute, the Fiduciary Law Institute and at several other seminars.

Patricia received her B.A., cum laude, with a double major in English and Political Science from Vanderbilt University in 1985 and her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 1988, where she was Research Editor for the Vanderbilt Law Review.

Patricia and her husband Rob have two children.  Patricia has been very active in her children's schools. She serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Children’s School and as a member of its Executive Committee. She formerly chaired its Budget and Finance Committee and served as Treasurer.
