Attorney Eric Polinsky joined the firm in 1991. In addition to concentrating in personal injury law, he has furthered the firm's practice in the areas of Traumatic Brain Injury and Worker's Compensation. He is a graduate of Brandeis University, cum laude, and New England School of Law, both located in Massachusetts. He personally helped to design and develop much of the computerized law office management and technology systems used by the firm. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Brain Injury Association of Connecticut and the American Association of Justice. In 2012 he was recognized as a Board Certified Workers' Compensation Specialist by the Connecticut Bar Association. In 2011 he joined the Board of Avon Dollars for Scholars, a charitable organization focused on providing scholarships to local students attending college. He is active in community affairs and has been involved as a volunteer and assistant coach in Avon Little League, Farmington Valley Mudhogs and Avon Soccer, and has been an active supporter of Avon High School Football and the Avon High School Booster Club. He is a Member of the Democratic Town Committee of Avon, where he has also served as an Officer. Attorney Polinsky lives in Avon with his wife Jill and their two sons Brett and Alex.
