Len Pojednic is an experienced real estate lawyer whose practice encompasses real estate development, leasing, and financing. He has been the lead lawyer on major asset acquisitions and divestitures and has structured and closed many major financings. Construction lending is one of Len's specialty areas, and he has been the primary lawyer for the construction lenders/capital providers on more than 50 major development projects. He also has significant experience in syndicated credits, land requisition and development, land use matters, leasing, dispute resolution, debt restructuring, real estate litigation, and bankruptcy. His clients include U.S. and foreign banks, developers, life insurance companies, pension funds, and real estate investors.

Len is a member of the American Bar Association, the Urban Land Institute, The Real Estate Board of New York, the New York State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
