Mr. Poe is a 2011 graduate of the William & Mary School of Law, where he was a member of the William & Mary Environmental Law & Policy Review as well as the school's Domestic Violence Clinic. Following the completion of law school, Mr. Poe served as an interim law clerk for the Honorable David A. Boynton in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
Having grown up in the northern Virginia area, Michael ventured to the Midwest in 2002 to obtain his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He graduated in 2006 with a double major in History and Political Science. Returning to Virginia, Michael worked as a paralegal for Buonassissi, Henning & Lash, P.C., a foreclosure and bankruptcy law firm in Reston, Virginia before deciding to attend law school.
