William A. Frank was admitted to practice law in New York in 1989 and is also a member of the bars of the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Frank, the former Managing Partner at Schiffman & Frank in New York City, joined Greenwald Law Offices in May, 2004.
Mr. Frank is the Department Head of our Municipal, Banking, Real Estate and Commercial Law Departments and concentrates his practice in these areas as well as Civil Litigation, Guardianship and Gaming law.
Since 2002, Mr. Frank has served as a Volunteer Mediator in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York. Since 2009, he has also served as an Arbitrator for the New York State Unified Court System in the area of Legal Fee Disputes in Family Law Cases.
Mr. Frank's professional activities include: Contributing Author: The Gaming Lawyer, 1996-2001; Speaker: "General Legal Issues," Northern Gaming Summit, 1999-2000; New York Social Work & Behavioral Health Law, 2000; Legal Issues of Mental Health Treatment in New York, 2001. Mr. Frank is a former member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Nassau County. He served as a Director of the St. John's University School of Law Civil Trial Institute in 1989.
