Ms. Culver specializes in the defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, Defense Base Act, and Texas Workers' Compensation Act.
Ms. Culver received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin in 2007 and graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 2011.
At South Texas, Ms. Culver was awarded the Dickerson-Moore Humanitarian Award and actively participated as an officer in the Animal Law Society. She received the Buck Wynne Scholarship from the State Bar Environmental Law Section and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Environmental Law in the Fall of 2010. Ms. Culver was listed on the Dean's List, a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Society, and a Langdell Scholar for Torts II and Property II. Ms. Culver also participated on the Editorial Board of the Texas Journal of Business and Corporate Counsel Review.
Ms. Culver was Senior Research Assistant to Tenured Professor Shelby Dickerson Moore. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in November 2011.
Ms. Culver is a member of the Garland R. Walker American Inn of Court, American Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, and Houston Young Lawyers Association.
When not at the office, Ms. Culver enjoys spending time with her three horses
