William W. Cunningham, Jr. (Will) is a native of

. Mr. Cunningham attended
Millsaps College
where he received his Bachelor of Arts in 2004. While at
Millsaps College
, Mr. Cunningham was a Second Century Scholar and majored in both English and Philosophy. Mr. Cunningham received his Juris Doctorate (with honors) from Mississippi College School of Law in 2009. While in law school Mr. Cunningham was an active member of the Moot Court Board and received several awards including American Jurisprudence Awards in Legal Writing, Antitrust, and Pensions. He also externed for the Honorable David C. Bramlette, III, United States District Judge. Mr. Cunningham practices in a wide array of areas including bankruptcy, adversarial bankruptcy proceedings, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, debt collection matters, insurance defense litigation, and personal injury litigation. Mr. Cunningham is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Jackson Young Lawyers Association. He is licensed in both Mississippi and
