Jay Fowler practices in the areas of civil and criminal trial litigation. In his civil practice, he handles cases involving personal injury law as well as business disputes and other civil matters. In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Fowler has conducted numerous jury trials in felony and misdemeanor cases, with a substantial focus on the law of Driving Under the Influence. He formerly served as a trial prosecutor for the government in both Florida and West Virginia, gaining valuable courtroom trial experience.
Mr. Fowler is a graduate of West Virginia University, Capital University Law School, and the U.S. Department of Justice's National Advocacy Center at the University of South Carolina, He is licensed to practice law in all courts in the States of Florida and West Virginia as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
Mr. Fowler currently serves as a member of the Brevard County Bar Association's Board of Directors and is a past member of the Florida Bar Young Lawyer Division Board of Governors.
