Elizabeth Cullen is a senior associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2008. Ms. Cullen practices in the firm’s Business Trial Group, and she has experience representing a variety of businesses in commercial disputes leading to civil trials, arbitrations and mediations in both state and federal court.
Recently, Ms. Cullen was a member of the team of WilmerHale attorneys who represented Chrysler Group LLC in a series of federally mandated arbitrations throughout the country.
Past Experience
During law school, Ms. Cullen was a Rappaport fellow and law clerk for the Boston Public Schools Office of Legal Advisor, where she assessed the impact on schools of changes in federal law resulting from the re-authorization of the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act on district-level policies and practices. Prior to attending Suffolk University Law School, Ms. Cullen taught secondary school and was a project manager and research assistant at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
