Cullen, George J.

Justin K. Fortescue is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department and a member of the Reinsurance Practice Group. His practice includes the litigation and arbitration of complex reinsurance coverage disputes, representing insurance and reinsurance companies in arbitrations, mediations and litigation involving property, casualty and life insurance, and counseling clients on reinsurance claim and contract issues.

Mr. Fortescue received his B.A. from the University of Delaware in 2002 and his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2006.  While in law school, Mr. Fortescue served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Jane R. Roth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Fortescue is also admitted to appear before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
