Lori has a range of experience in securities and shareholder class actions in state and federal courts, particularly in research, briefing, and fact investigation including witness and trial preparation and participating in depositions. Additionally, she has experience in contract dispute resolutions, internal audit committee investigations, and government enforcement proceedings. Lori was part of the team tasked with taking and defending third-party depositions of the United States Navy and preparing trial examination testimony for senior executives of a major computer services corporation.

Most recently, Lori worked on the team defending a major computer technology manufacturer and distributor and certain of its senior executives and board of directors against claims that the company and individual defendants violated sections 10(b), 20(a), and 20A of the Securities Exchange Act and on an SEC investigation resulting from these claims.
