Ms. Piccininni handles a wide variety of matters for corporate clients and health care facilities. Ms. Piccininni's experience includes the handling of mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating contracts for business and health care facilities, drafting and reviewing leases and loan documents, drafting condominium offering plans and declarations and preparing corporate organizational documents, such as by-laws, shareholders' agreements and limited liability company agreements.
Prior to joining Abrams Fensterman, Ms. Piccininni was a corporate associate at a prestigious Long Island law firm, where she handled a broad range of corporate and securities issues, debt disputes, domain name disputes, and real estate matters.
Ms. Piccininni co-authored an article titled Internal Control Guidance For Small Companies, published in the Institute of Management Accountants February 2006, which discusses the changes to Rule 404 under the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. She also co-authored an article titled Major Changes to Rule 144 Small Businesses, Rejoice! published in the Institute of Management Accountants, January 2008, which discusses the amendments to the stringent reporting requirements of Rule 144 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
Ms. Piccininni graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Summa Cum Laude, and St. John's University, Summa Cum Laude. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey .
