Frank W. Piazza has devoted his entire legal career to helping injured workers. He received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of South Florida in 1987, followed by his law degree from the University of Florida in 1990. Since that time, he has represented literally thousands of injured workers in Southwest Florida, and has handled all types of cases. He understands how an on-the-job injury can impact a person's life.
"Having an accident at work can cause much more than physical injury. It can impact your financial well-being, your relationships, and most importantly your sense of pride. My job is to guide you through the maze that is the workers' compensation system, making sure you receive all the benefits to which you're entitled, and giving you the peace of mind that you're not in this alone."
Mr. Piazza's professional memberships have included the Florida Workers' Advocates, American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Florida Academy of Professional Mediators, Association for Conflict Resolution, and the Orange, Lee and Collier County Bar Associations. He is triple-certified as a mediator by the Florida Supreme Court. He has lectured at educational conferences, and has been found to enjoy an outstanding reputation in the field of Workers' Compensation by a Judge of Compensation Claims.
Mr. Piazza maintains his practice in our newly established Naples office.
