Latrice Phillips concentrates her practice in public finance. She has acted as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, and issuer's counsel in connection with variable rate and fixed rate general obligation, refunding, revenue, and life safety municipal bond issues.

Latrice is versed in interpreting the Internal Revenue Code and federal banking and investment regulations related to financial product and banking operations compliance matters. Additionally, she has negotiated corporate income tax return penalty abatements with the Internal Revenue Service.

Latrice is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the American Bar Association.
