While some lawyers may "dabble" in family law and others may have a small portion of their practice consist of a divorce, at Donald G. Criscuolo PA nearly 100% of the practice is devoted to family law either a divorce, child custody, child support matters, alimony claims, enforcement actions, pre-nuptial or post-nuptial agreements and all types of family law matters.

In addition to representing clients at the trial level Donald had also been involved extensively in representing clients in the appellant court. One of the more significant cases that Donald has been involved is the case of Rosen v. Rosen 696 So.2d 697(Fla. 1997). That case was argued all the way to the Florida Supreme Court. It is now considered a very significant precedent and is perhaps one of the most frequently cited cases in Florida family law.
Donald received his law degree from University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida in 1981. Donald is Florida Bar Board Certified in Marital and Family Law since 1991. He is also a Fellow in the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers since 1994. Additionally, he is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Family Law Mediator. He is recognized in Martindale Hubbell with the highest possible "AV" rating. Donald has participated in lectures presented to mental health professionals on the topic of mediating child custody disputes and has participated in the classroom setting at the Shepard Broad Nova Southeastern Law School, lecturing on mediation of family law disputes.
