Mr. Florin is the newest associate attorney at Luftman, Heck & Associates and practices primarily bankruptcy and consumer law, as well as assisting Mr. Luftman in his practice of criminal defense. As an attorney representing consumers in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies, Mr. Florin is very knowledgeable of the 2005 BAPCPA bankruptcy amendments and maintains personal attorney-client interaction throughout the entire process. Additionally, Mr. Florin represents consumers' rights, including violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act. In his spare time, Mr. Florin enjoys cycling, golf, tennis and swimming.
