Patricia D. Crauwels is a shareholder in the firm. Pat attended the University of South Florida, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980. In 1983, she received her law degree from Washington & Lee University. Pat is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer who concentrates her legal practice in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, and personal injury litigation.
Pat began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Manatee County. She then began doing civil trial work spending more than ten years in Bradenton doing insurance defense litigation ultimately becoming a shareholder and head of the litigation department at Price, Price, Crauwels, Whitaker & Hamilton. Since joining the firm in 1998, she has put her litigation experience to work, continuing to represent a select group of insurance companies and representing injured individuals in accident and malpractice litigation.
Pat has served as a director of the Manatee County Bar Association and is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association. She belongs to the American Board of Trial Advocates, is a former member of that organization’s national board, and is a former Treasurer of FLABOTA.
Pat lives in Sarasota with her four children.
