Bill Crandall's diverse background is a real asset to Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben. As a trial lawyer for over 30 years, he's seen the courtroom from both sides, serving as both plaintiff and defense counsel. Bill was a partner in the firm of Fitzgerald and Crandall for many years and is currently a shareholder at SG&S. Early in his career, he won a large verdict for a client in a medical malpractice case, and has been trying personal injury cases ever since. One of Bill's clients recently recovered $950,000 after four weeks of trial as a result of serious injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He recently settled a death case for $2,000,00 arising out of a automobile accident.
Bill was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and has a long history of public service including active duty in the United States Navy and serving as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Minnesota in 1963 and a Juris Doctor degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1970. Bill has lectured to many professional and social groups and organizations, and he has taught law students at the William Mitchell College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and was named one of the leading Minnesota lawyers in the area of personal injury law by his peers.
