Lydia Floyd's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, electric utility cases, and securities actions. She has defended clients in all stages of litigation including settlement conferences, trial, and appeal.

Lydia has recent experience representing oil and gas clients in disputes with landowners, professional clients faced with alleged securities violations and professional negligence actions, and energy clients in rate litigation. Lydia also is committed to pro bono work. She has represented clients in ineffective assistance of counsel claims and indigent clients in criminal proceedings.
