Marsha E. Flora graduated magna cum laude from Bucknell University in 1989 with a BA in History, with Honors. Ms. Flora graduated from Dickinson School of Law in 1992 where she was a member of the Dickinson Law Review.
After graduating from law school, Ms. Flora served as judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Toms River, New Jersey.
Prior to joining Powell, Trachtman, et al. Ms. Flora was a shareholder with Lavin, O'Neil, et al . where she was a leading member of a small team of shareholders responsible for litigating all Chevrolet Tracker product liability cases worldwide. Along with three other shareholders, Ms. Flora served as coordinating counsel of the Chevrolet Tracker litigation for General Motors Corporation, Suzuki Motor Corporation, American Suzuki Motor Corporation, General Motors of Canada Limited and CAMI Automotive. Ms. Flora has represented clients in complex litigation in over twenty states.
In addition to serving as of counsel to Powell, Trachtman, et al ., Ms. Flora serves on the Board of Directors and is General Counsel for ObjectBuilders, Inc., a leading software company, located in suburban Philadelphia.
Ms. Flora's practice is concentrated in complex litigation, including construction, products liability, commercial litigation and insurance defense.
Ms. Flora is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ms. Flora is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
