Jennifer represents insureds in data privacy and security matters. She assists them in performing detailed forensic investigations into whether a data breach has occurred, and the manner and scope of the data breach. Jennifer works to identify the appropriate remedial and preventative measures to defend against ongoing and future data security threats. She provides clients with a proactive representation, carefully considering all potential risks in an efficient and risk-mitigating manner.
Prior to that, she was an attorney at a New York law firm where she defended insureds in labor, employment, dental malpractice, breach of contract and negligence actions. Jennifer previously worked at a New Jersey law firm where she counseled homeowners, condominiums associations and landlords in property law enforcement actions.
