Trev Peterson joined Knudsen Berkheimer in 1981. His areas of practice are bankruptcy, real estate, banking and commercial trial practice. He is a member of the Lincoln and Nebraska State Bar Associations, Nebraska Association of Bank Attorneys, Bankruptcy Section of the NSBA, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Trev is a native of Lincoln and a graduate of the University of Nebraska. He received his B.A. degree with high distinction in 1978, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law with high distinction in 1981, and served as an Associate Editor of the Nebraska Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.

Trev and his wife, Sharon, have one child. He is an elder in his church and is active in local politics. Trev's other interests include military history, war gaming and NFL football.
