Coulter, Jennifer L

Andrew's practice emphasizes civil defense litigation, primarily in the areas of insurance law, municipal and civil rights defense, professional malpractice, contract law and indemnification, and appellate litigation. He has represented both insurers and insureds at trial in significant bad faith cases. He has also represented clients in significant appellate court cases in both the state and federal courts.

He has authored several articles on legal issues, including an annotation on constitutional tort claims. He served on the Board of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel from 2003 to 2010. He was President of the AADC in 2009, and he is currently the head of the Amicus Committee.

Andrew earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995, and graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Arizona with a degree in English and Political Science in 1992. Andrew is a member of several legal organizations and non-legal organizations.

He grew up in Arizona and was raised in the community of Pinedale. He graduated Valedictorian of Show Low High School in 1985. He then served a mission for his church in Denmark from 1986 to 1988. He is a life member of the National Eagle Scout Association and is the Scoutmaster for Catalina Council Troop 723.

Andrew is admitted to the Arizona State and Federal Bars, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He has been AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 2005.
