Donato Pesce received his Juris Doctorate from the IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2005.  After being admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2005 and the Florida Bar in 2006, Donato was hired as an associate attorney at Wakenight & Associates, P.C., and has been practicing divorce and family law with The Divorce and Family Law Offices of Wakenight & Associates, P.C. for the entirety of his legal career.  

Donato is a passionate and enthusiastic problem solver who loves the intellectual challenges of family law from the initial consultation to the final agreement or judicial ruling.

By devoting his career to divorce and family law Donato has advanced to his current position as Senior Attorney at The Divorce and Family Law Offices of Wakenight & Associates, P.C.  He has also completed the advanced training to represent children and is Court approved in DuPage County to serve as a guardian ad litem, child's representative or attorney for the child as the Court may consider appropriate.
