Deborah E. Fishman is a Silicon Valley-based partner in Dickstein Shapiro's Intellectual Property Practice. She focuses on technology litigation with an emphasis on patent litigation practice. Her experience also includes antitrust, trade secrets, and general commercial litigation. She has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies in critical patent cases and commercial disputes and has litigated five lawsuits worth more than $1 billion through trial. She handles cases involving biotechnology and pharmaceutical patents and has provided strategic litigation counseling and analysis for biotech and IT clients.
Ms. Fishman also has represented clients before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in Section 337 proceedings.
