Brendan Peters, an associate in the firm's Litigation practice, focuses on construction litigation, construction transactions, and complex commercial litigation. Brendan has over ten years of combined experience in the legal and construction fields. Before becoming an attorney, Brendan was an architect involved with all phases of the design and construction of complex commercial, civic, and residential projects. Brendan is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and is a licensed architect in the state of New Jersey.

Before joining the firm, Brendan served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert S. Lasnik, Chief United States District Judge for the Western District of Washington.
