Cosden, Edward D.

Mr. Fisher is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Department, and a member of the Securities Law Practice Group. He focuses his practice on disputes between businesses, and has extensive experience with securities and antitrust matters. He handles a wide variety of complex civil matters in federal court, state court and private arbitration.

Prior to joining White and Williams LLP, Mr. Fisher was a corporate associate at a large Philadelphia law firm, where he gained valuable insight into how corporate deals are negotiated and structured. He draws on this experience in his commercial litigation practice, particularly in the Securities Law Practice Group.

Mr. Fisher received his B.A., cum laude, from Temple University in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2000. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, and is also admitted to appear before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
