Cory, Michael V.

Mr. Pergolizzi is a member of the Property + Development team at Paul Frank + Collins.  His practice focuses on commercial real estate purchase and sale, development, finance and lease transactions.  Mr. Pergolizzi also counsels clients on a wide array of land use, construction and civil litigation matters. 

Prior to joining Paul Frank + Collins, Mr. Pergolizzi worked as an associate at Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC in Rochester, New York, where his practice focused primarily on commercial real estate transactions, land use and zoning issues, as well as drafting construction agreements and counseling clients through the construction process.  At Boston University School of Law, Mr. Pergolizzi concentrated his studies in the areas of environmental, energy and real property law.
