Cornell, Stephan A.

Mr. Cornell is an associate in the Litigation and Commercial Litigation Departments.

Mr. Cornell received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Villanova University in 2006.  While at Villanova, he was a member of the school’s Division I track and cross-country teams and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. 

Mr. Cornell earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2010, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and research assistant to Professor Alan Palmiter. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cornell assisted in-house counsel of a leading financial services provider in securities litigation arising out of the 2008 global financial crisis.  He also served as law clerk to the Hon. Arthur L. Zulick of the Monroe County Court of Common Pleas. 

He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
