Len joined ABC&G in 1995 as an Associate Attorney and was named Partner in 2001. In this role, he works closely with clients to prepare and litigate cases involving Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Estate Planning and other forms of disability compensation in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He also advises individuals and businesses in the areas of petroleum marketing and motor fuel sales and distribution. Len earned his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in Boston in 1991, where he was awarded the “Best Brief” in the Justice Tom C. Clark Moot Court Competition. He is a graduate of the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Len is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Rhode Island Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Bench Bar Committee, and the Portuguese American Federation. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and assists many clients from these communities. Len resides in Rehoboth, MA with his wife and their son.
