Ms. Cooms’ practice focuses on corporate finance, including the representation of private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and financial institutions in secured lending arrangements and high yield bond offerings. She also has experience advising clients with respect to compliance and corporate governance matters. Ms. Cooms is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Law Review and earned her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts University. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as a corporate associate at Ropes & Gray LLP.
