Mary J. Pedersen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Pennsylvania in 1994. While attending the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Pedersen competed for the varsity gymnastics team and was co-captain of the team for the 1992-1993 and 1993-1994 seasons.
Ms. Pedersen graduated magna cum laude from Villanova School of Law in 1997 and was elected to the Order of the Coif, the law school's highest honor. During her second and third years of law school, Ms. Pedersen was an Associate Editor for the Villanova Law Review, and published "Boudreau v. United States: Government Immunity under the Flood Control Act of 1928 and the Effect of Outdated Legislation on Society".
Ms. Pedersen's practice focuses on commercial litigation, as well as counseling the firm's business clients in respect to the avoidance of problems that may result in litigation. She has represented clients involved in a wide variety of industries, ranging from manufacturing to software development.
Ms. Pedersen is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
