Cooke, Carole C.

Carole C. Cooke joined the firm as an associate in 2008. Ms. Cooke represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation disputes and employment disputes. Ms. Cooke previously practiced law in Connecticut and Illinois for four years, where she represented businesses and individuals in litigation matters including commercial disputes, securities law, employment, torts, and civil rights, including pro bono cases on behalf of the physically disabled and persons with AIDS.

Ms. Cooke graduated from the University of Chicago where she was designated a Class Marshall in recognition of academic excellence and was elected Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. degree from Stanford Law School where she was Note Editor of the Stanford Law Review and received the Johnson & Swanson Scholarship for extraordinary contribution to the Stanford Law Review. At Stanford, Ms. Cooke won Best Oral Advocate and Best Team at the Marion Rice Kirkwood Moot Court Competition as well as two R. Hunter Summer Awards for Trial Advocacy and two Hilmer Oehlmann, Jr. Awards for excellence in the first year Research and Writing Program.

Ms. Cooke clerked for The Honorable A. David Mazzone of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Carole Cooke is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
