David A. Paul is an experienced litigator who represents Chapter 11 debtors, bankruptcy trustees, and creditors committees in bankruptcy, corporate reorganization, and creditors’ rights matters.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Paul litigated sophisticated commercial disputes, securities matters, and product liability cases in federal and state courts as well as in mediation and arbitration.  He also helped direct national litigation strategy for companies with voluminous toxic tort dockets.
