Richard Conway is a partner with Dickstein Shapiro in the firm's Government Contracts Practice. Mr. Conway focuses his practice on issues primarily related to hardware, software and services, technology development and production, and development and lease of buildings and space for the U.S. Government. He has represented the firm's contracts clients including hardware manufacturers, software vendors, systems integrators, developers and lessors, specialty contractors, and providers of related services. Mr. Conway has litigated on behalf of, and counseled clients concerning, matters involving defective specifications, improper contract awards, illegal governmental bias, superior knowledge, rights in technology and technical data, improper contract terminations for default, lease payment disputes, subcontract issues, technology concerns, suspension and debarment matters, and breach of contract.
