Patrick T. Fennell is a graduate of The Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary (J.D., 1996), the U.S. Navy Postgraduate School (M.S., 1988) and The Tulane University of Louisiana (B.A., 1983). Mr. Fennell served with distinction in the United States Navy for ten years and is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War. Since receiving his law degree Mr. Fennell has distinguished himself in the courtroom with multi-million dollar verdicts. He has tried hundreds of cases in Virginia’s state courts, and in the District and Bankruptcy Courts of the United States. Mr. Fennell specializes in representing injured persons in claims involving negligence, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, mass tort and other complex theories of liability. He is currently pursuing claims against pharmaceutical companies and other large corporations for personal injuries and wrongful death caused by defective medical products and devices, in state and Federal courts around the country.
Mr. Fennell joined Crandall & Katt in 2008 and is Lead Counsel in its Mass Tort Litigation Group. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and in the State of West Virginia, and is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the West Virginia Association for Justice and the Mass Tort Trial Lawyers Association.
