R.L. (DICK) FEHSEKE, JR – Received his undergraduate and graduate education from the University of Iowa. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1968 with High Distinction. He was Phi Beta Kappa, Order of the Coif, and Managing Editor of the Iowa Law Review. He is a member of the Lee County and Iowa State Bar Associations; Iowa Trial Lawyers Association; Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers (limited to 250 attorneys in the state of Iowa out of over 8000 practicing attorneys); and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Dick’s two children, Richard L. Fehseke III and Elaine Fehseke Eschman, are partners in Fehseke & Eschman Law Offices. His wife Lynn is a retired high school teacher.
