Conaway, Benjamin Michael

Mark has a diverse practice representing railroads in grade crossing, trespasser and FELA cases.  He has experience in handling contract disputes, truck accident cases,  insurance coverage disputes that end up in court, and high dollar product liability lawsuits.  He advises a not for profit corporation for the former players of a professional hockey team. He has been called upon to advise the zoning board of appeals for a large metropolitan county. Mark is known in the firm for his excellent legal research, analysis and writing skills and has authored numerous briefs, memoranda of law and significant dispositive motions in high exposure civil suits. 

Mark is a native of the St. Louis suburbs where he currently lives with his family.  He is a big fan of the English Premier Soccer League where he throws his support to the Chelsea side.  One of his lesser weaknesses is his continuing interest in professional boxing.  When not kicking or punching he is known for his great smoked ribs and paella.
